Center for Faith and Work LA

The Center for Faith + Work Los Angeles (CFWLA) serves any person seeking to better understand the intersection of their faith with their vocations and explore new and enriching ways that work, not only matters to God, but is the primary vehicle by which the gospel shapes and influences culture. Our typical participants range between the ages of 25-35 working in fields including law, finace, education, science and technology, government, non-profit, design, healthcare, and the arts. Core programming for CFWLA includes an Annual Faith and Work Conference, a 6 Week Introductory Course of Faith and Work, and the intensive 9 month Framework Fellows Program. The Framework Fellows Program, the flagship program for CFWLA, is a top tier leadership development program providing extensive theological training, spiritual formation experience, intimate community development, and practical planning and initiation of gospel-centered cultural renewal projects. CFWLA partners with churches in Los Angeles with a high percentage of young professionals interested in career development and living out their faith through their vocations. CFWLA is collaborating with other faith and work ministries, interested churches, and Christian universities to ensure its programming is available to and leverages key resources across the broader Los Angeles area.

Donations made to CFWLA are used to minimize program tuition costs and provide need-based scholarships for the most in-depth programming such as the Framework Fellows program. This enables CFWLA programming to be provided at a level of excellence this ministry deserves with highly regarded guest speakers and instructors, professional quality materials and preparation, and attractive event venues and overall experience.
