Cassandra Schemmel Benevolence

Cassandra Schemmel Benevolence
Cassandra Schemmel is an inquirer with Living Water Community in Trinidad & Tobago. She has been accepted to begin formation with Living Water beginning in September of 2016. Due to the commitment to poverty and nature of community, Cassie is unable to join community until she is free of all debt- including student loan debt.

Living Water Community is a lay ecclesial community based in Trinidad & Tobago with missions in Saba, St. Lucia and Barbados. Made up of lay consecrated men & women, priests and many associates who support the mission and prayer life of Living Water, the community's mission is to "love and show the world how to love". Through their 27 different pastoral and social ministries, Living Water Community strives to be Christ's loving and healing presence in the world.

It is to this life - as a lay consecrated woman - that Cassie is choosing to enter. She will take promises of poverty, chastity and obedience and live in community with other consecrated members of Living Water. She will serve alongside her community members helping with things like prayer ministry, food bank, Our Lady of the Wayside halfway house and assisting refugees through the UNHCR.

Any assistance you could provide will help her move forward in her calling to missionary life.
