Definition of an Armor Bearer - One who carried the protective gear
(armor) and weapons of a Warrior. In today’s society the biblical definition
might read - An armor bearer is to serve, protect, complement and
complete those in needs who are striving to fulfill the Gospel of Christ.
This is the call and desire of ARMOR Ministries, Inc. to be an Armor
Bearer, to serve, protect, complement and complete those in the heat of
battle, serving on the front-lines of ministry today. We are called to
come along side ministers, missionaries, lay leaders, and really anyone
(armor) and weapons of a Warrior. In today’s society the biblical definition

God has been teaching and training Founders, Raymond & Cindy Mefford, through the past
30 years of ministry as they have served in the local church, and district and regional offices
in varies roles such as: Youth Pastors, Associate Pastor, Church Administrator, Christian
School Principals, Christian School Administrator, Church Para-Office Financial Administrator,
District Youth Event Planner, Church Bible Quiz Coaches, District-Regional Bible Quiz
Directors, Chief Financial Officer/US Manager for an International Ministry, Crown Financial
Planners and now prominent Business Owner leading a staff of 90+ Team Members.
Their combined unique skill set and desire to serve others empowers them to fulfill the
scripture,
“As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend”. Prov. 27:17
