Graceful Transitions Discipleship

 We'll be using our experiences to walk with others through life's peaks and valleys, as 1 Corinthians 1:4 says to comfort others with the comfort you have received from God. We hope to see people understand their identities, hope, and trust are in Him by standing in confidence that "in this world we will have troubles, but [Jesus] has overcome the world (John 16:33)." We will listen well to both the individual and the Holy Spirit, who will guide us in what, how, and when to share.
