 Institute of Leadership Development (ILD) is an accredited "Masters of Servant Leadership".  A capacity building program that trains both men and women in excellent principles and practices of leadership.  ILD is a two-semester program that offers up to 200 hours of facilitation-based instruction.  Class typically meet four times per week and utilize various teaching methods.  Each class promotes interactive learning, change and growth through action, reflection, and practical application.
