MCD Ministries is about mentoring, coaching, developing, and discipling leaders. 

I have a desire to raise up the next generation of men to become great leaders that will leave a worthy legacy.

My mission is to mentor, coach, and develop leaders.  First and foremost I want to meet with ministry leaders, pastors, non-profit leaders and men who are seeking to learn, grow and develop their leadership abilities. I also spend time with men who are looking for some one on one discipleship to go deeper in their faith and to become more passionate disciples of Jesus. 

This will be achieved through care, a listening ear, becoming a thought partner, having some healthy accountability, and some solid biblical wisdom and advice. 

I want to maximize the effectiveness of developing leaders.  When the leader gets better, everyone wins.  When the leader grows, then they can help others grow. Self leadership always precedes team leadership.
