Heritage & Vision Fund

Heritage & Vision Fund

Providing a funding vehicle for 3 Funds:

The Heritage & Vision Fund -A Donor Advised Fund

The goal is to provide the necessary infrastructure and immediately put a recovery plan and strategy in motion, to build an adequate source of cash to preserve our Heritage and Fund our Vision.

Heritage: Our goal is to raise adequate capital to maintain current assets, specifically, the Roseville Campus (including the School) and the Arden Hills Campus. Further, raise the funds necessary to "Pay Back" the Restricted and Designated Funds that were borrowed to pay for the operation of the Church.

Vision: Our goal is to raise the cash needed to restore all worship sites on a permanent basis.

Further, through the help of the Holy Spirit, restore, rebuild, and bring healing to the Body of Christ in our Worship Community.

This relationship is only a funding platform and administrative system. We are not incorporating, registering as a 501c(3), or forming a church or a school. We already have both.

The primary objective of The Heritage & Vision Fund is to build the cash reserves that will be needed to reverse the current financial crisis facing the Church.

The goal would be to release the capital in The Heritage & Vision Fund when a permanent solution that was voted on and accepted by the membership is established.

The Worship Operational Account – Operating Account

Purpose: To provide the necessary infrastructure to fund the current operations of the Worship Community.

We want to raise the needed cash to continue the Worship Services we have established until a permanent solution can be found. Further, to reestablish this body as a Christ honoring and Holy Spirit driven Church.

The primary objective of the Account is to provide money to cover the ongoing needs of Worship Services and Fellowship.

This relationship is only a funding platform and administrative system. We are not incorporating, registering as a 501c(3), or forming a church. We already have a church.

The Christian Academy Operational Account– Operating Account

Purpose: To provide the necessary infrastructure to assist in funding current operations of the Christian Academy.

We want to raise the cash needed to continue the Christian Academy until a permanent solution can be found. Further, to provide some stability to staff and the student population through this funding platform.

This relationship is only a funding platform and administrative system. We are not incorporating, registering as a 501c(3), or forming a school. We already have a school.

Because the funds are under the direct control of New Horizons Foundation, Inc. and our Project Managers, they control the terms and conditions under which money would be released and to who checks are issued. The school administration simply makes a grant request, and upon approval the checks are issued to assist with the continuing operations.
