Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.

Our new Login Portal is the user icon located on the left side of the screen. It is the second icon going down.
Get a quick overview of where to go if you need to reset your password:
The new site has separate donor portals and project manager portals.
If your sidebar is yellow, then you are in the donor portal.
To change this, go to the upper right hand corner of your screen, to the left of your icon and your name, there is a drop down menu that is yellow and says “Donor.” Click this and select “Project Manager.”
This may prompt you to log in again. Once you log in, you will then be directed to a new dashboard with a blue left hand bar with more options. The small box on the upper right hand corner should now say “Project Manager“
The first step in starting your project website set up and design is filling out our Website Design Form.
You can do this by logging in to your portal, then select Tickets on the left hand side menu, click Other Forms, and then the Add Form button, as shown below:
Select New Project Design Guide and answer the questions to the best of your ability.

CLICK HERE TO GIVE towards a project’s initial fee and you will be directed to the “Initial Fee for New Projects” page.
Once you get to the “Donation Details” section, please include the name of the project in the comments of the donation so we can correctly designate the donation to your project.
