After training pastors and leaders in a creative access country. John moved to Colorado and has felt the call to plant a church in another difficult to reach place (south Colorado Springs).
Much of our area is transient, multi-ethnic, addiction-prevelant, rundown, higher crime, with many people very unreached. To us this makes it a "dark place" and a place most people would think twice about planting a church in. However, we know that Christ came into a messy world from the perfection of Heaven. We as believers are called to enter messiness, while bringing the transforming light of the Gospel. We are confident that communities and cultures can be transformed by the Gospel!
Our Strategy:
Discipleship- Locally and occassional trips to China
Community Events
Faithful Presence- meeting people and reaching out daily
Small Groups growing toward church plant
