Rescued Not Arrested – Carl Etchison’s mission is to reach out to the incarcerated with the good news of the Gospel and according to the Great Commission.

Prison inmates have the opportunity to think long and hard about their past, present, and future with significantly less distractions from the world. Prison environments are a catalyst for change, either positively or negatively. Many are thinking about God like never before (some for the very first time). God’s presence and truths need to be revealed to all people, even those in prison.

We want to provide these inmates with inspirational preaching and Biblical teaching that is full of hope, purpose, and guidance. Consistently validating inmates with the message that: “YOU matter to God!”
