GCN-Glenn McMahan

GCN forums, mentoring, and publishing (GCN Press) provide opportunities for people consider the "upstream" premises and beliefs that affect every "downstream" area of life. We help people discover the intellectual foundations of belief in God and our meaning in the world. In addition, GCN helps people consider how scriptural principles should influence ethics, technology, entrepreneurship, workplace relationships, and economics. Through our My IPO program, we help small groups of young professionals integrate scriptural principles with work, finances, and workplace relationships, while also helping them get established in their careers. In addition to our books, GCN Press publishes articles (through our Work Matters digital magazine) to help people of all beliefs consider the connections between a scriptural worldview and current developments in technology, economics, and work. Since our founding in 1994, GCN has donated thousands of scriptural study guides and books to people in the US, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. GCN board members have led conferences and workshops around the world.

To expand our efforts, we hope to raise $50,000 in 2026. These funds would be used to cover publishing costs, conferences, and travel.
