Patrick R Flanagan Fund
The Department of Defense claims that close to 350,000 service members suffered mild to
moderate Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) in Iraq and Afghanistan. Experts tell us that upwards of
forty (40) people are impacted by each TBI. That means that 14 million people are trying to cope
with these invisible wounds.
The Brain Health Team, powered by the Patrick R Flanagan Fund, will use a case study approach
to secure treatment for veterans using protocols currently deemed safe and effective.
The Fund honors Pat Flanagan, an Air Force Academy classmate, a fellow Chickenhawk of
Cadet Squadron 16, and Rugby teammate of BHT’s founder. Pat was incredible at all the roles he
filled in his life. Great husband, father, grandfather, friend...and the list goes on!
Pat was a believer in the vision of BHT. We are going to do our very best to make that belief a
reality! BHT is committed to extending Pat’s legacy of being a difference maker through this
Fund.
We are asking you to help us make a difference in Pat’s name!
