Village Worship Initiative

The Village Worship Initiative is dedicated to advancing the worship culture in the local church by fostering the growth of worship leaders and discipling congregations in worship. With a focus on the spiritual formation of worship leaders, the initiative offers several  distinct programs including a 10-week or 6-day spiritual formation training, and a full-year skill development coaching cohort program. Additionally, the initiative is committed to creating a global network of worship leaders who can support each other in their ministry and growth, while also mentoring and developing future generations of worship leaders.

The ultimate aim is to strengthen the local church by raising Kingdom-centered and courageous worship leaders who are equipped to lead their communities in vibrant worship.
