In order treat his disease, Derek has begun a course of treatment with Origin Dental Wellness, a dental clinic in his hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Further, he has been evaluated for a course of treatment for Lyme Disease at Envita Medical Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona.
